  • The owners

    Meet our owners Jose and Natalie Martinez: founders of @sartorialinc, a luxury men's wear store, located on Beach Drive in downtown St. Pete. They are bringing their love for art, music and food to the Warehouse Arts district with this modern cafe. They will provide a space for local artists to showcase their work and give them a platform to create a following. This is a project for the local community & a way for the Martinez family to give back.

  • Executive Chef | Owner: Mario Brugnoli

    Mario was born and raised in Clearwater, FL. Losing his mother and father when he was 16 years old helped to shape his future and forced him to relocate to St. Petersburg, Florida. There is where he started his cooking career: breading tenders at the fast-food chain PDQ. Quickly realizing he wanted to do more, he took a job with Chef Michael Mina at Locale Market/Farmtable Cucina in downtown St. Pete, and quickly found his passion! Chef Brugnoli eventually moved on to help open Rocca in Tampa as Sous Chef. He explains that this experience “really helped me find my feet”. Mario hopes to bring a new feel to food, shed light on an ever-evolving food scene, and teach people that great food doesn’t need to be expensive.     As a truly dedicated hospitality professional, Jess is renowned for providing stellar service and creating lasting impressions. Homegrown and deeply passionate about the industry, Jess has honed the ability to execute a range of services, from casual dining to fine dining experiences. Her hospitality journey began as a cocktail waitress at Ruby's Elixir, where she was soon scouted and moved on to work at the late Farmtable Cucina- a Michael Mina concept. Her next role was as the Assistant General Manager at Castile Restaurant in the Hotel Zamora. With extensive knowledge in epicurean cuisine and a particular passion for bourbon, Jess has grown her career from a humble hostess position to lead bar and management roles. With a keen eye for quality ingredients and innovative cocktail creation, she strives to ensure every customer leaves with a memorable and delightful experience.
