Jose & Natalie Martinez
Jose and Natalie Martinez are the couple behind Sartorial Inc., the luxury menswear boutique on Beach Drive that became a downtown St. Pete landmark. Eat Art Love is their next chapter — built on their shared love of art, music, and food, and their commitment to giving local artists a real platform and a growing following in the community that shaped them.
Mario Brugnoli
Born in Clearwater, Mario relocated to St. Petersburg at 16 after losing both parents — a loss that set his entire future in motion. He started at PDQ, found his passion under Chef Michael Mina at Locale Market in downtown St. Pete, then helped open Rocca in Tampa as Sous Chef before cooking at Meliora in Sarasota and competing on Food Network's Chopped. Nate Lambert
Nate is St. Pete born and raised, and his culinary story started at 16 at the Culinary Academy at Northeast High School — and his first kitchen job at Farmtable Cucina in downtown St. Pete. Johnson & Wales in Miami gave him the foundation. A stage under Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto in Orlando set the standard. Sous Chef at Ichicoro Ramen and Chef de Cuisine at Predalina sharpened the edge. Now he brings it all home.
